Winemakers Notes
Appearance – Very pale rose pink, with bright, salmon-coloured hints reminiscent of Provencal rosé.
Nose – A floral nose of lavender and rose, with raspberry and red cherry fruit.
Palate – A fresh but rounded texture, peach, red fruit, and florality on the palate. A herbaceous finish with nuanced spicey notes.
This bright, floral and fruit forward rosé pairs well with fish dishes, Mediterranean light salads, and best enjoyed in the sun!
