2018 Sparkling Red Wine – Winemakers Notes
Deep, deep, rich red colour with a fine crown of purple bubbles in the glass. Very dark and intense! Bramble fruit on the nose with a light hint of tobacco leaf and pepper. An opulent fizz on the palate, soft and rounded ripe plum and blackberry fruit. Unusual and very moreish!
Candle Either the Hare – rosemary and thyme or the Robin – cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
