2017 Sparking Rosé – Winemaker’s Notes – Pale copper colour with a persistent and fine bubble. The aromas are of toasted brioche notes, cranberry and redcurrant. The palate is delicate but taught, with more light berry and cherry fruit. A mouth filling fizz that is crisp and clean and refreshing.
Candle Either the Hare – rosemary and thyme or the Robin – cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.
