A bright lemon gold with a generous and fine mousse upon pouring. Gunflint minerality initially but with time complexities of golden apple, honeysuckle, hazelnut cream and brioche appear. A crisp and upfront acidity provides elegance to this wine, and a creamy mouthfeel gives texture showing lemon zest, apple and honeysuckle on the palate. The finish is full of toasted nuts and a final, palate cleansing, stoney minerality.

This subtle, yet distinctive white is made exclusively from Seyval Blanc grapes, all hand-picked from our very own private vineyards in Shropshire. We find it pairs perfectly with everything from fresh shellfish and salmon, to sweet brie and mascarpone cheese. So, here’s to long sips and even longer evenings around the dinner table.
