This salmon coloured sparkling rose has a delicate mousse, and an inviting nose of wild strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate it doubles down with more strawberry, alongside confected raspberry, and the classic toasted brioche note that comes with traditional method sparkling wines. This all resolves in a soft and floral rose petal finish.
Crisp yet playful, and to be enjoyed with strawberries and cream. Or just on its own!

Our refreshingly rare rosé is made from our cabernet courts grapes, all hand-picked from our very own private vineyards in Shropshire. We find nothing compliments it better than a generous bruschetta board piled high with everything from prosciutto, red pepper sauce, pea pesto and much, much more. So, open the doors (and a few bottles) and let the good times flow.
